SOLICITATIONSCCAT San Diego conducts periodic solicitations for each of its program sponsors depending on the availability of sponsor funding. For each solicitation, the CCAT team works with sponsor representatives and other government agencies to identify priority requirements needing technology solutions. These requirements are used to define the solicitation criteria and focus areas which are detailed in the subsequent solicitation announcements and proposal guidelines.
